1. Agreement to Terms
This website, https://blyzera.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by CREATIVEMAKERS LIMITED, doing business as Blyzera (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No.: 79995505).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, and any purchase of products from the Site. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its content, including but not limited to the Blyzera name, logo, product photography, graphics, images, text, and website design (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of CREATIVEMAKERS LIMITED and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
4. Products
We sell watches and watch accessories through this Site. All watches sold under the Blyzera name are unbranded fashion timepieces and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any luxury or designer watch brand.
Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect the actual colors, textures, and appearance of the products. Minor variations between product images and the actual item do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including orders that may contain pricing errors, orders for products that have become unavailable, or orders that we suspect to be placed fraudulently. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Applicable shipping fees and sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Returns: All product returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through one of the accepted payment methods outlined in our Payment Policy. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that all payment information is accurate and complete.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Payment Policy, and Website Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and CREATIVEMAKERS LIMITED regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
