1. About Our Fulfillment Process
Thank you for shopping with Blyzera. Every order is carefully inspected, tested for quality, and securely packaged at our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before being shipped directly to you in the United States. This process involves two distinct timeframes: Order Processing Time and Shipping Time.
2. Order Processing Time & Cut-Off
Order Processing Time is the time it takes for us to verify your order, perform a quality inspection on your watch, and securely package it for shipment.
Standard Processing: 1–3 Business Days.
Business Hours: Our operations run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off is 2:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or U.S. federal holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)
Once processing is complete, your order is dispatched from our Hong Kong fulfillment center. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Shipping Method: Standard International Shipping (Hong Kong to United States).
Shipping Time: 7–15 Business Days.
Shipping Carriers: We utilize a network of trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery to all U.S. addresses. Once your package arrives in the U.S., final delivery may be completed by USPS.
Shipping Rates: We offer two simple shipping tiers for all U.S. orders. For orders under $199.00, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 will be applied at checkout. For orders of $199.00 and over, enjoy FREE standard shipping with no code needed.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
To estimate your total delivery date, please combine our processing and shipping timelines. Total Delivery equals Processing Time (1–3 business days) plus Shipping Time (7–15 business days). Therefore, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 8 to 18 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. International shipments may occasionally experience customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.
5. Handling Charges, Customs & Sales Tax
Handling Charges: Blyzera does not charge any separate handling or processing fees. The shipping rates listed above are inclusive of all order preparation, quality inspection, and packaging costs.
Customs and Import Duties: For shipments from Hong Kong to the United States, most orders fall below the U.S. de minimis threshold and are not subject to additional customs duties. In the rare event that customs fees are assessed, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is not included in the product price or shipping fee. All applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The amount is determined by the laws of the state and locality of your shipping address.
6. Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
Service Area: We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only.
Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid physical U.S. address is required for delivery.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please contact us at contact@blyzera.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. Blyzera (Hong Kong Company: CREATIVEMAKERS LIMITED) is not responsible for orders lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Issues
Damaged or Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date or the last estimated delivery date for lost packages. We are committed to resolving this for you promptly.
Issue Resolution Time: Our goal is to investigate and provide a resolution for all delivery-related issues within 5–7 business days of your initial contact.
Delays Outside Our Control: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, inclement weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will communicate updates as they become available.
