How You Can Pay
We accept payments through PayPal only. PayPal allows you to complete your purchase using your existing PayPal balance, a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, or any other funding source PayPal supports in your country. We do not accept cash on delivery, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other payment method at this time.
When You’re Charged
Your payment is captured in full at the moment you complete checkout. Production and shipping cannot begin until payment has cleared successfully.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is captured, you receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your order number, an itemized summary of the products purchased, the shipping address on file, and the total amount charged. If you do not see the confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Pricing in USD
All product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and totals on blyzera.com are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your PayPal account or linked card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion and a foreign transaction fee. These additional charges are set by your financial institution and are not controlled by blyzera.com.
Tax
Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and added to your total before payment is captured. The exact figure depends on the destination address and the applicable rules at the time of purchase. Import duties and customs fees that may apply because your order ships from outside the United States are addressed separately in our Shipping Policy.
Secure Checkout
Checkout runs on encrypted SSL and TLS connections, and all payments are processed through PayPal under their PCI-DSS compliant security standards. We do not see, collect, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials on our servers.
Pre-Authorization Holds
In some cases, PayPal or your card issuer may place a temporary authorization hold on your account when you submit an order. This hold reserves the funds for the transaction and is not a separate charge. If the payment does not go through to completion, the held amount is typically released back to your account within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Canceled or Failed Orders
If a payment is declined, reversed, or fails during checkout, the order is not confirmed and processing does not begin. You can try again with a different funding source linked to your PayPal account. If you believe the payment failed in error, the fastest first step is to contact PayPal directly, as we cannot see the specific reason a transaction was declined on their end.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes can be entered in the dedicated field at checkout before payment is captured. Only one code is allowed per order unless the terms of a particular promotion state otherwise. Codes cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed, and become void after their expiration date. If a code is not working, please check the spelling and confirm the promotion is still active before contacting us.
Billing Address
The billing address you enter at checkout must match the address registered with your PayPal account or the card linked to it. Mismatched billing details are a common reason payments are declined, even when funds are available. If you continue to have trouble after confirming the address is correct, please contact PayPal support directly.
Fraud Prevention
Every order is screened by fraud detection tools provided by PayPal and Shopify. Orders flagged as high-risk may be held for additional review before processing begins. In rare cases, our team may email to request a brief identity verification before releasing the order. Orders we cannot verify are cancelled and refunded in full through PayPal.
Chargebacks
If you notice a charge from blyzera.com that you do not recognize or believe is incorrect, please email contact@blyzera.com before filing a dispute with PayPal. Most billing concerns can be resolved directly with our support team in much less time than a formal dispute takes. For post-purchase issues such as damage, defects, or other return-eligible reasons, please follow the process in our Refund and Returns Policy rather than opening a dispute. Disputes filed without prior contact with our team will be challenged with full documentation of the order, the shipping confirmation, and any communications on file.
Your Privacy
Information you provide at checkout, including your name, billing and shipping address, and order history, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive payment data such as card numbers and PayPal account credentials is processed and stored solely by PayPal under their own security and privacy standards, and never resides on our servers.
