Our Products & Process

Q: Do you offer custom designs (can I upload my own photo)?

A: Thank you for asking. This is a key part of our process. We are a pre-design brand, meaning our creative team designs all the graphics you see on our site. We do not offer “customer customization” services (such as adding names or uploading your own images).

Q: Why does my order have a “production time”?

A: We are a made-to-order business. To reduce waste and ensure quality, we do not hold pre-printed inventory. Your item is printed on-demand specifically for you after you place your order. This 2-4 business day production time allows us to print, dry, and package your order correctly before it ships.

Ordering & Payment

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Because all items are made-to-order, they are locked for production very quickly. We can only guarantee changes or cancellations within a 2-hour window after your purchase. Please contact us immediately at contact@blyzera.com if you notice an issue.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely by Stripe, as well as PayPal.

Q: What name will appear on my credit card statement?

A: To prevent confusion, please be aware that your transaction will appear on your statement as “BLYZERA” or our legal business name, “THE CONSTANT CLOTHING LLC”.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is the total time to receive my order?

A: Total delivery involves two steps:

  1. Production Time: 2-4 business days.

  2. Shipping Time: 7-9 business days.

You can typically expect your order to arrive within 9 to 13 total business days.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for all orders in the U.S.:

  • Orders under $199: $7.99

  • Orders $199 and over: FREE Shipping

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has completed production and is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Q: Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes?

A: No. We currently only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical U.S. address is required.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 30-day return window, which begins the day your item is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: This is our most important return question. The responsibility for the shipping cost depends on the reason for the return:

  • If the error is ours (e.g., we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Blyzera will pay for the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

  • If you ordered the wrong size, or simply changed your mind, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Q: How do I make an exchange?

A: The fastest and most efficient way to get your new item is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new, separate order for the item you would like.
