Q: Are your watches water resistant?
A: Water resistance varies by model and is noted on each product page where applicable. Unless a product page specifically states a water resistance rating, we recommend keeping your watch away from water to preserve its condition and longevity.
Q: Do your watches come with a warranty?

Q: Do your watches come with original packaging?
A: Yes. Every watch is shipped in its original packaging, including the watch box, protective materials, and any included accessories such as extra links, tools, or documentation.
Ordering and Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance or linked payment methods. All transactions are processed securely and in USD (United States Dollars). For more details, please review our Payment Policy.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please email contact@blyzera.com immediately with your Order Number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. After 24 hours, or once your order has been packaged or dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes. In that case, you may return the item after delivery under our standard 30-day return policy.
Q: What name will appear on my bank or credit card statement?
A: Your transaction will appear on your statement as “BLYZERA” or “CREATIVEMAKERS LIMITED.” If you do not recognize a charge, please check your recent orders at blyzera.com before contacting your bank.
Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: All prices on our website are listed and processed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are using an international payment method, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. Blyzera is not responsible for any such fees.
Shipping and Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Total delivery time involves two steps. First, Order Processing takes 1 to 3 business days for quality inspection and packaging. Second, Shipping takes 7 to 15 business days from Hong Kong to your U.S. address. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 8 to 18 business days from the date your order is placed. Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We offer two simple shipping tiers for all U.S. orders. For orders under $199.00, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 is applied at checkout. For orders of $199.00 and over, standard shipping is free with no code needed.
Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We utilize a network of trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Once your package arrives in the U.S., final delivery may be completed by USPS.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 1 to 3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Q: Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes?
A: No. We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
A: Most orders fall below the U.S. de minimis threshold and are not subject to additional customs duties. In the rare event that customs fees are assessed, the customer is responsible for those charges.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the watch must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories included. For full details, please review our Refund and Returns Policy.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please do not send your item back without prior authorization. Email our support team at contact@blyzera.com within the 30-day return window. Include your Order Number and the reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photographs. Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address if approved.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Blyzera will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping expense. If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind or style preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. Blyzera does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account statement.
Q: Are original shipping fees refundable?
A: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Q: How do I make an exchange?

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards or store credit, items that have been worn, scratched, water-damaged, or altered in any way, items returned without original packaging or accessories, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase.
